We based the event on a concept designed to celebrate the partnership and bond between Petronas and its employees. We handled installations, direction, and engagement, coordinating the presence of the drivers and top management in a tight schedule—F1 drivers, after all, are always in a hurry! Additionally, we managed the production of numerous video contents: a day-long report, over 20 clips with George Russell for the social media channels of various markets worldwide, and a commercial with Lewis Hamilton, for which we handled creativity, storyboard, casting, shooting, and post-production.
Having the chance to meet the Petronas F1 team drivers in person certainly made the day special. To make it even more memorable, we captured each participant in a Polaroid. At the end of the event, we displayed how all these images, when put together, formed a celebratory graphic of this extraordinary day.
We created and produced all the installation materials for the event, maintaining a highly institutional tone to reflect the voice of a multinational corporation of this stature.
When working with athletes of such caliber, precision is key. Every detail was carefully presented, agreed upon, and planned to ensure everything ran smoothly. Creating sketches and storyboards was an integral part of this process.
It’s not every day you get to meet Sir Lewis Hamilton. To manage employee participation, we meticulously planned every aspect of the event, implementing an early registration system and communicating the guidelines for subscription through posters within the company.
After the event, a digital survey was sent to all participants, from which we gathered and processed the data to provide a detailed report to the client.
