On opening day, the Fan Village was accessible to the entire public, and our mission was to make this moment unforgettable for tennis fans and enthusiasts. As creative partners, we committed to curating the entertainment that follows the institutional part of the event.
Each year, we have taken charge of the artistic direction and graphic production of various elements within the Village. Among these, the maxi screens play a pivotal role. Through these screens, we have broadcasted a rich schedule of entertainment and sports content throughout the event’s duration. Furthermore, we have managed the direction and broadcasting of this content and live interventions, ensuring an engaging experience for all attendees.
In the inaugural year of the Nitto ATP Finals in Turin, we had the honor of bringing Lob & Drop, the official mascots of the event, to life. A social media contest was held to select the most beloved pair from a series of creative proposals. From that moment on, we have meticulously overseen every detail, from the designs to the production of the costumes. Every year, we manage their appearances in harmony with the event schedule. You can meet them at the Fan Village, the arena during matches, and even at the most solemn moments like the gala dinner with the tournament’s 8 finalists. Lob & Drop were created with the intention of leaving a lasting impression in the hearts and memories of fans and supporters from around the world.
Our schedule has always offered a rich and engaging live entertainment program, designed to cater to the audience flow, especially when there are no matches in progress. We have created formats and content for live activities that engage the public, such as NATPF-themed games and quizzes. Additionally, we have organized appearances at partner stands and interviews with guests at the Fan Village. All activities are hosted by our charismatic MC, Mauro Dell’Olio, who helps create a fun and engaging atmosphere.
Maximizing partner engagement and visibility are crucial elements for the success of a Fan Village. Our activities are designed to offer a range of additional visibility opportunities during the event. For instance, partners can brand games and entertainment activities, utilize our team to broadcast activities and interviews from their stand on the maxi screens, and receive visits from Lob & Drop, major attention magnets, at their stand.
