The challenge
OUR SOLUTION
We developed a digital training project—covering content creation, production, and sharing—dedicated to preparing the staff involved in the operational aspects of Sport Presentation and Victory Ceremonies for the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
The project had a significant impact on the regions involved in the event, contributing to the training and growth of a qualified local workforce, ready to tackle the organizational and operational challenges of this event and future ones.
The educational program was structured to address various key aspects, including:
TARGETED TRAINING
The 128 participants were trained prior to the start of the Games so they could tackle practical challenges alongside experts with Olympic experience. The program was shared with staff who served in the roles of Production Assistant, Entertainment Team, and Tray Bearers..
CONTENT CREATION
We integrated specific content related to the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games into certain subjects of the Play Your Future curriculum, including:
- Games Clusters (Milan, Cortina, Val di Fiemme, and Valtellina)
- Functional Areas of the Games
- Governance of the Olympic and Paralympic Games
- Olympic marketing
- Volunteers
- Sports and related disciplines
- Sports presentation
- Victory ceremonies
