The challenge

Contributing to the launch of a new club football tournament format in Africa: from branding to sport presentation, from the production of event installations to the concept development and management of Fan Villages for supporters.

Delivering such an ambitious project confronted us with a monumental challenge: the sheer scale of the undertaking itself.

OUR SOLUTION

Creating the format and managing the complex production logistics across stadiums throughout Africa required meticulous planning and the formation of dedicated teams with specific expertise. These efforts brought together tradition and innovation, celebrating Africa’s unity and cultural diversity in an unforgettable event.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

CONCEPT & BRAND IDENTITY
We began by designing the competition’s logo and brand identity, defining its narrative and vision;
SPORTS PRODUCTION & CONTENT CREATION
We developed all content for the sports production of every match, which was subsequently managed operationally by a dedicated team. We managed on-site events, navigating a new and complex environment while interacting with different cultures and work methods;

CONCEPT & DESIGN OF TROPHY AND MEDALS
We coordinated the design and production of the official anthem, the trophy, and the medals.

VENUE SETUP
The brand identity was translated into a venue setup design for all 8 participating stadiums: we created the final design files and coordinated the production team;
FAN VILLAGE
We designed, coordinated, and managed two Fan Villages: one for the opening match and one for the final. Production was entrusted to local teams, whose contribution helped create authentic and engaging experiences. Our goal was to deliver activities that would leave a lasting impression on fans, supported by a dedicated staff always ready to meet every need. Our solutions included unique and entertaining experiences, ensuring an unforgettable atmosphere for everyone involved.
